Aligned with the objectives of the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development, SEE-ERA.NET is dedicated to fostering collaboration among research endeavors within national, bilateral, and regional research frameworks across Europe, with a particular focus on Southeast Europe. Our primary aim is to facilitate the identification and utilization of synergies among the bilateral Science and Technology (S&T) agreements among partner nations.

Operating primarily through rigorous data analysis, exchange of best practices, strategic planning, and coordination of research programs, our network convenes meetings, workshops, and conferences to facilitate these efforts. Through these mechanisms, we aim to pinpoint areas of complementarity, implement collaborative initiatives, and ultimately facilitate the issuance of multilateral research proposal calls in 2006/2007 and 2008. These calls are open to researchers hailing from participating partner countries within SEE-ERA.NET.
By pursuing these initiatives, SEE-ERA.NET strives to play a pivotal role in advancing the European Research Area, contributing significantly to the realization of its objectives and fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation across the region.
